The Great Charter of Kentlyn
Kentlyn, by the grace of nobody in particular, to all its people, greeting.
Know that we have granted, for us and our heirs forever, that the people of Kentlyn shall have and hold all their liberties, whole and unimpaired. No free resident shall be seized, or fined, or made to attend a strata meeting, except by the lawful judgment of their peers. And the corner shop shall keep its ancient hours.
